$50 of sauce in a Swedish fast food place will get you 34 sauces. Or 3 skovmåls.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This is a man who knows how to spend $50.

12 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I used to get extra of the sweet chili ones because they were so good and I knew they were gonna stop selling them.

12 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Sweet chili was my shit!

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Y'ALL THINK I'M PLAYIN'

12 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 2

Do you want spit in your Mcdonalds? Because this is how you get spit in your mcdonalds.

12 years ago | Likes 91 Dislikes 8

That's why you gotta do it AFTER you get your food.

12 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

Nah, man. He gave them $50 for what probably cost $5 or less. They love him. They want him to come back and do it again.

12 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Except none of them are actually making any sort of commission, and it could possibly have them dealing with stupid, angry customers later.

12 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Eh, there's a McDonald's a mile away that they can borrow another box from until the next shipment arrives.

12 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I once had this guy at my counter that wanted 30 mayo with his 2 portions of fries at €0,35 each that's €10.50 in mayo...

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Jesus, at that rate he should just buy a jar of mayo and eat it as is

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Uhhhhhhh. Don't those things expire.

12 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

yes, in about 8 hours they become poo

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

not if you eat 'em. DUH

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It was the principle

12 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Doesn't matter. Had sauce.

12 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I once bought 50 KFC Sweet & Sour sauces at 50¢ each (in Australia).

WHY DID THEY TAKE AWAY HOT MUSTARD DAMN HIPPYS.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And yet you could go inside and drain their ketchup dispenser and get unlimited refills but to hell with you if you need an extra sauce!

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Fuck yeah!

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I always upvote sauce.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

pimp life

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As a former McDonald's employee. It was policy to give two sauces with a 10 piece or larger.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This day just became memorable because of this quote

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's not about the sauce, it's about sending a message

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

...What? Is there some kind of sauce war. Sounds important.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is actually amazing.

Pffffff, McDonalds everything is like 99% preservatives. It'll outlast a nuclear holocaust.

12 years ago | Likes 97 Dislikes 0

So, on one hand, it'd be good for surviving an apocalypse. On the other, it'll kill you faster than the elements, so... Also, "holocaust"?

12 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 3

What those guys say. Haven't you ever seen The Princess Bride? Their plan to enter the castle includes a holocaust cloak.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I still don't think that applies to the end of the world. It's just mass killing/ genocides.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 4

Perhaps, but a nuclear war might indeed apply.

12 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Holocaust literally means "completely consumed by fire, originally applied to burnt sacrifices".

12 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

I've had those sauces in my fridge for over a year and opened them and they taste exactly the same. That shit aint food, don't worry.

12 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's bullshit to charge for an extra sauce that should have come with the meal anyway...

12 years ago | Likes 667 Dislikes 10

To my knowledge, all sauces are free here in England..

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Tell them you asked for it but they didn't give it to you. Inifinte free sauce.

12 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They do this bullshit in EU. cents of euro but damn the food is already expensive, why the heck are ketchup packs not included?

12 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Raising Cane's does this. You know it doesn't cost them much relatively.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I give them.out free.

12 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

In the US it seems to be like "the poorer the area, the more expensive the extra sauce." The posh part of town gets FREE sauces!

12 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

I believe that this is to keep homeless from "stealing" the sauces and ketchup...yeah...

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Are we really calling chicken nuggets a meal? Is this what we have come to?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Right? 2-10pc 3-20pc...don't know what's wrong with the world, other than the fact he got sweet n sour instead of bbq...

12 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

He probably got more than one box.

He got both, mixed. The man knew what he was doing all around.

12 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Don't blame the employee, it is the store owner/corporate who decides that. We get shouted at for doing our job to not get fired. ;_;

12 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 2

There you are, thank you, I was looking for an employee's perspective.

12 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I worked a long time ago but that was the case. We were written up if caught giving away sauces.

12 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I thought that might be the case. I'm surprised more employees haven't said as much on this thread. But thank you for your input!

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

and given them the ranch anyway, the owner of the store would check the fucking cameras when we would come up with negative usage. 2/2

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I feel for the girl because I had to do that when I worked at Pizza Hut and before you say 'oh you should have just looked away' 1/2

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The stores that are broke and aren't making enough money do this

12 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I'm not done. Then he would come into the store and accuse you of stealing and give you a warning and if he noticed it again they'd fire you

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As it happens sauces cost money and if we give them away all the time it adds up. It comes with one, so stop bitching.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Last time I ordered a 20 pc, they just filled another bag full of sauce just because.

12 years ago | Likes 133 Dislikes 1

Last time I ordered a 20pc, I got 1 sauce. Fuck McDonald's. Like those fuckers aren't making enough money they gotta charge for condiments.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Those are the real MVPs.

12 years ago | Likes 77 Dislikes 0

*McVPs

12 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

When I worked at KFC, I'd just loaded everyone with sauces; management didn't even notice when they counted inventory.

12 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

They give me 2 sauces for the 20 piece and charge $.50 each additional sauce. And I like my sauce.

12 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

Sauce is a major source of income for them. costs nothing, everyone wants it. all those little cups make up 10% of their income at least

12 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 5

i know that in some of the skeevier places in the UK, you'd get people bottling the sauce and selling it. no, seriously.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They cost 10 cents for the company, usually. At popeyes anyway

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Your math seems to be a bit off. 1%, maybe, and that's being generous.

12 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

The sauces are usually sold at cost. Their price is figured into the nugget price. That's why they are so retentive about them.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sauce?

12 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

I worked for McDonald's and was manager. Profit comes from drinks mostly

12 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 0

If I remember, it costs a quarter of a cent for one full super sized cup of syrup, right?

12 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

It has been a while, but I think the cup is less than a cent and the rest is a few cents? but I can't remember, you are probably right :D

12 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

of course it costs something

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I always order Hot Mustard and get it every time. I heard they were getting rid of it, so I must be getting the old stock from 1995.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You can still get it where I live. Best damn shit in the universe...

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Omg I know. I now refuse to eat at McDonald's because of the lack of hot mustard. Shit was my jam!!

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

the one i work at has it again just cuz people kept asking for it XD

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They didn't discontinue it here in BC.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

They brought it back but changed the recipe or supplier. Not the same anymore.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

i was told they discontinued it, but ive ordered it since, and it has new packaging. YAY.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm personally a fan of Burger King and KFC's Buffalo Sauce, if they sold them in stores, I would buy it.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As far as I was concerned, McNuggets were just edible spoons for the hot mustard sauce.

12 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 0

Yes. It is really good with the fries, too.

12 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Just got some the other day.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

A lot of em don't advertise it, but still carry it. I've not found one yet here in Arkansas that doesn't have it.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They discontinued the hot mustard? Those bastards!

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It is never too late to follow your dreams http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/141341044515?lpid=82

12 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

That shit's good for at least 10 years!

12 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'm never getting chicken nuggets again. None of the other sauces come close.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hot Mustard. I chewed an employee out when I was told they no longer had it. Then I wept while using the the BBQ. Fcking nugget shame.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

12 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Here in Buffalo NY we have this mustard made with horseradish. Websters hot mustard. Should totally look into that. It's soo good.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They should have put it to a goddamn vote or something, taking away our hot mustard sauce is bullshit!

12 years ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 0

The way I see it, they spend millions in research to find tasty sauce, so their sauces are probably pretty damn tasty.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm glad that there are others out there

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As far as Texas goes, Hot mustard is back. Praise Jesus.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

THEY DISCONTINUED HOT MUSTARD??!?!?!? FML :(

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

In Canada were stocked with hot mustard... sorry for not sharing...

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Where I live it's been back for 3 months now

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

IS good sauce. It's back and every nugget order is accompanied with approximately 4-5 hot mustards

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My dad got one a few weeks ago. Maybe some places are just discontinued.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Haven't eaten McD's in 9 years. the only thing that has tempted me was the nuggets and that sauce. Now that it's gone, I'm not interested

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

We have Hot Mustard in Canada

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They got rid of the sweet chili sauce too, and with it half the reason I ordered chicken nuggets in the first place.

12 years ago | Likes 69 Dislikes 1

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thai companies sell it in huge bottles that sometimes go 2-for-1. Check a grocer with a decent ethnic section.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fuckin A. First Wendy's and now McDonald's?

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sweet chili was the only reason I went to McD's as well!

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I got back to the states from vacation, first thing I did was go to mcdonalds and they didn't even have my sauce. I felt as if I was wronged

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I ended up liking the chipotle barbecue better for larger boxes, but now I can't find that either. Regular barbecue sauce isn't cutting it.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Popeyes has a hella good sweet chili sauce.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

RIP sweet chili sauce :'(

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No sweet chili, no mcnuggets. Until one day... someone offered to use the sweet chili they use for the wrap in a box for me. IT'S THE SAME.

12 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

SO TELL ME WHY WE DON'T GET THEM FOR MCNUGGETS?

12 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I mean, I go maaaybe once a year these days anyway, but without hot mustard, I don't think I'll be back. It was awesome with fries, too.

12 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

its already back, with new packaging.

12 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I don't know, man. Sweet and Sour is one of the finest sauces ever made.

12 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Look, I'm going to let you finish, but hot mustard sauce is the best McDonalds sauce of ALL TIME.

12 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Agreed.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I wonder how they would mix?

12 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

?? I had hot mustard a few days ago with my nuggets..then again I live in Canada

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As a McDonalds worker, I can assure you that we do sell Hot Mustard. We are required to suggest sweet and sour, but we do have other sauces.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I have two hot mustards sitting right next to me, got them maybe two days ago

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

We still have it in Toledo and Genoa, Ohio. Not sure we ever lost it. The Hub has been able to get it without a break for years and years.

12 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I wrote them and asked them to put the recipe in the public domain since they weren't selling it anymore. As if, but I can dream.

it all depends on what they market to your area my friend. different areas sell more stuff than others so theyll discontinue things etc
