From day 1 my little brother and my son have been bros, best bros.

My brother has always meant a lot to me. We are 9 years apart, and as I entered my Junior year of high school he was in Kindergarten and my parents were on the verge of their divorce. I took parental responsibilities, made lunches, took him to school, helped coach his soccer team at the YMCA, anything he needed. Since then he became like my own child. When I had my son he became that for him and his future nieces. He is the best uncle and goes above and beyond for my kids. Being a military family we eventually moved away.... TO GERMANY!

He did get to visit though right after our third baby and it was like nothing had ever changed between him and the kids, and that's because it hadn't. He calls and Facetime's them, and is always seeing what they're up to. If he finds something silly, he sends it in a little box. But now that he's getting older, he's 20 now, he is much more my best friend than my child. All the crazy meme's I see here, I send right to him, because of the time difference I'm up sometimes until 2 or 3 in the morning just laughing at him or things he sends me from the internet, or teaching how to use words like 'fleek', which i've been told I probably shouldn't use in public, ever.. Watching him grow up and find a career for himself, and open his own business this last year has been amazing I'm so proud of him.

Doing everything for a baby laugh

Living in Germany was hard enough, but then we got notice of our 2nd consecutive overseas orders, and this time to Guam. You may or may not be familiar, it's a rock in the middle of the Pacific Ocean approximately 8 miles wide and 22 miles long. It's really far, and really expensive. I can't go home without my kids, which makes four of us, but he can come here. And it would be beyond amazing if that could happen for us.

Because nobody is a better uncle than this!

Nobody else uncles the way he does! I must admit he is killing it playing tea party in this princess tent if I do say so myself.
