And here come all the "experts" to tell us what she did wrong. There's more than one way to lift!

Crossfit Is to weight lifting as capoeira is to martial arts.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

That was a(failed) power snatch....an Olympic lift

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Damn, that actually made me blurt out "Oh Shit!"

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I couldn't find the gif of the guy turning around and saying "What? Oh shit!" :(

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

What DO you do if the weight overcomes you? Letting it roll you forward seems like the best option to protect your neck.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Rolling was probably her best option once it hit her, but lifters are supposed to be trained to safely bail if the weight is too heavy.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Looks like she was going for a clean and jerk. I would like to see her snatch.

9 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 10

She was attempting a snatch

Oh crossfit... you're so dumb. Just lift with proper forms, get better gains, stronger, and don't wreck your joints.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 6

That had nothing to do with crossfit. Just a girl trying to throw up too heavy of a power snatch, an Olympic lift.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Plus crossfit has kind of taken it as one of its one excorsises...and crossfit is dumb

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 5

Regardless it's a dumb lift only good for showing off. Each muscle it hits is more effectively hit with other excorsises.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 5

I laughed. And then I hoped that she was okay. But I did laugh first.

9 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 0

I felt horrible, after I laughed, but very briefly.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What's that username you got there

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

She needs to learn how to bail properly

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I hate when people do this shit at the gym. You're trying to focus on your workout, and then all of a sudden it's yelling, lasers, an shit.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Seems like the hate because it's popular thing to do is still in full swing.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Yeah but a bad Star Wars movie is still better than most movies.

9 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 8

ehhhhhh

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

v we hold star wars in a higher esteem than most movies

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

I've just accepted the fact that no matter what they do, it never be as good as the original trilogy.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Because nostalgia will carry them through the flaws

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Rogue One being the exception of course.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

Rogue One was pretty bad

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 5

am I the only one who truly enjoyed the prequels. binks is a sin. but come on. so was c3po. YEAH i said it mafuckers.

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 2

Binks was fucking hilarious what are you talking about. I mean like does anyone really try to take those movies so seriously?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

youve seen the internet before right. and binks was the equivalent of that annoying relief character. idk. if you like him. Thats awesome.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I liked Liam Neeson in the first one.. I was born in early 90s so it was the first one i saw.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I like them for the backstory

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Most people did, from what I remember.Honestly it wasn't until RedLetterMedia that the hatedom got all that mainstream.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And honestly between about 2006 and whenever those reviews came out I don't think I thought about that movie much at all.Rarely even 1/

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

came up in my Definitely A Bunch Of Nerds circle of friends at the time. It was just the prequels. 2/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

ahh who is the redlettermedia?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hope you got a few spare hours: http://redlettermedia.com/plinkett/star-wars/

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They did the "Plinkett" reviews of StarWars Episode 1, 2, and 3...really ripped into them.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Guys do you remember Bionicles

9 years ago | Likes 378 Dislikes 2

Always asked my parents to get me them when we went to toys r us... God I remember when they were coming out.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

We need to bring back the originals and the comics

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Weird story, I once forgot the word for bionicles for nearly 2 years(that I was aware of). Cousin had them growing up and couldn't

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Remember what year it was he had them and all Google searches just brought up transformers. Randomly remember the name one night

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fucking yes I do. Those were the coolest looking things. I was so excited to get them all and never did. The websites/shorts were awesome.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

The website - soooo good

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fuck yeah!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I wish I could favorite a comment

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My son had all of them. I think I was more excited to buy them for him than he was to get them!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You say that like they're not trendy in 2017.

9 years ago | Likes 85 Dislikes 0

I'd put the white things on upside down so mine would have fangs

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I thought that's what you were supposed to do if I'm telling the truth

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It is, don't let the instructions control you. Remember the Lego Movie!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Used to battle these in 4th grade all the time.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I had mata nui and takanuva

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I am Moana, of mata nui

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It's funny because a lot of Bionicle names were drawn from Pacific island mythologies

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Still got about 40 of them. Contemplating whether or not to sell them or keep for future kids.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yea I Member! Yeeaaaaa I member...
