We definitely need to slow our roll on foxes but people won't stop posting videos about them. Believe me, I'd love to have a pangolin or a binturong and would absolutely love some house squirrels (domesticated, not like I've had in the past) or raccoons. But it's not good for them. THAT BEING SAID we're also fucking up nature faster 1-
than it can adapt and we're steadily edging out the habitat of EVERYTHING. So domesticating some animals may be the only way to keep them alive. It would have worked for the dodo. My animal rescue guy says in Portland, ME there are more squirrels living in houses than in trees. We're fucking everything up and we absolutely will not stop. 2-2
