In the Netherlands on a 4 inch shad (fox zander pro colour real perch ) caught it in 9 meters 30foot of water on the bottom

I caught it on a rod with spinning reel to be more exact a fox rage terminator 8' cw 20-60 gr and a daiwa certate 2510 PE-H
