I can never understand the earrings... Especially if they aren't tiny posts, but actually hoops that extend out. That's just... asking for trouble. Or, perhaps, it's some kind of show-off thing. "Look I can do it and not get cut!"
_conceptually_ it seems really easy .. but then doing it while trying to .. not sprint per-se, because the cadence of your run is very different ... is hard to do well.. I'd touch with the other foot, not take-off from the line right (over, or too far back), etc etc..
