They don't declare it as legal currency. I looked at the website, it says "Not Legal Currency" in bold lettering and it's referred to as "memorabilia" throughout. Thats why I mentioned the high number of years. Once the idots who bought them now die out, their heirs will throw out the things (if the original buyers didn't discard them already).
