Not only did he take over the roles of Kermit and Ernie when Jim Henson passed away in 1990, he also performed Rizzo the rat, Bean Bunny, Beaker, Link Hogthrob, and Statler, among several others. A reason has not been given, although it seems clear that he is not retiring from show business. I wish him well, whatever he does.
