This is the last kitten to be captured from my colony clear out last weekend, we just got him yesterday. In total there were 3 pregnant females and 15 kittens in total.
We were able to transfer 5 of them to the FCC kitten caboose this morning

This little guy is as cute as a button but definitely would like to rip shreds into me. It's so hard not to laugh at all their rage.
We test with a towel to see how aggressive they are first. This helps determine who their cage mates will be and what kind of socialization they may need.
In no time this angry little tyke will just be a big bucket of love!

I used to work for a city for free and one of my jobs were to go get animals some of them were good others where bad. We had gotten (1)

(2) a call to grab a few dogs so me and my partner went to the dog catcher van to grab them to get 4 baby kittens we had to follow

Protocol and grab them with thick hard gloves and put them in the back at 101 f outside witch is hotter in the back to take them to the (3)

Well that little towel test for one. I don't want several aggressive feral kittens in one cage as they feed off of each other and 1/2

Makes it harder to tame. So that cage has one aggressive kitty, one scared kitty and one friendly one. The other two watch as I interact 2/3

With the friendly one and see it enjoying being petted and not being injured. It helps in getting them to trust me.
