I just posted this elsewhere but wanted to share it here as well. While this isn't a negative thing for me something like this could be so bad for other. Some of the pieces of property I found for sale were right in the middle of peoples properties or part of their driveway... Crazy stuff.

Those assessors maps aren’t accurate. The only way to truly know where your property is, is by getting a survey. By a licensed surveyor.

I will once the deed is in, but it will be close, that plot back there used to be an alleyway behind all the hoses but you can tell theirs
