Cities: Skylines. In my opinion the best city building game.

Yeah, it's a great city building game, but not a great mayor simulator. There's not much to do after you've built the city, except traffic.

I don't really like it. It's lacks all of the polish SimCity has...music, graphics etc are also way less. SimCity 4 remains the best IMO

SimCity 4 is actually showing it's age and limitations. Skylines may lack in the music department, but it makes up for it elsewhere.
