I mean, in a way, he has nothing left to lose. The sandy hook lawsuit has his balls in a bag, and iirc he has life long income garnishments that will continue to drain him to pay for it. So another lawsuit would just end up being in-line behind them. So i’m not sure what could be accomplished. I’d love to hear if anyone knows something I’m overlooking. but as I understand it, it would be the civil financial equivalent of stacking another life sentence onto someone who already has 20.

I think you are more or less correct regarding court ordered payments, but that wouldn't apply to fees you owe your legal team. I can't imagine any lawyers taking an Alex Jones case on contingency or pro bono. They'll be getting that money up front.
