Not 100% of course, but in any field, as a general rule, the more skilled a person is, the less likely they are to be a dick to their opponents or teammates, whether winning or losing.
Also, the worse they are, the more likely they are to be racist and sexist.

It would lose the point. Both are actually allowed -- you can touch the net as long as it lands on the opponent's court, and you can lose your racquet but still have returned the ball legally. It just doesn't count if you're not holding it when the ball makes contact.
So, EG, it could knock it out of your hand, but still rebound over. It's not great, but it's not a foul.
two things.. first 'because it touched the net' was referring to the racket, not the ball, which makes that a foul (doesn't matter if it's intentional or not).. and yes, the rule is that the you must have control of the racket for any hit to count, however I'd bet that one of the main reasons that rule was made was for exactly this situation where the racket was intentionally thrown.. so I'd say that foul would still be because of that same rule
