That’s not our house or our truck, it’s next door. The Dasher just said it was delivered but it wasn’t there, so they sent out another order. She texted him but he didn’t reply until about an hour later and he told her she gave him the wrong address, never mind that the second order made it just fine. (She has a Dash Pass account, yeah, I know, waste of $$). The next morning my husband saw this next door! Pretty lazy, did they just roll up and plop it down on the driveway? And I thought they were supposed to text a picture as proof? Anyway, not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but it bugged me that they were so sloppy and tried to blame it on her. Viral edit: daughters car was totaled recently in a freak Texas hail storm, so sometimes she’s home alone with “no food” so she DoorDashes. She’s 19, and hasn’t quite learned the value of a dollar, and after being isolated over a year b/c of COVID, the thought of interacting with people freaks her out right now so she gives them a guys name so they don’t know it’s a girl home alone, and waits by the window for her Chipotle.
