#1 I will partly blame Trump for the damage from that flood, but I will absolutely lay the largest amount of the blame on the voters of that area. They knew what was coming. They continued to elect political leaders who would not do what was necessary to protect their communities. They chose their political views over the lives of their neighbors and visitors. The voters were the problem. Their elected leaders came from their communities and they killed those people with their actions.

Is there also some sources? I read that, was EXTREMELY confused, came to comments for explanation, and still didn't immediately get it was about the floods in Texas. Might be good to add that in, because if you don't already have all the pieces, it's not easy to put together. More info the better for this kind of thing, making people work for it unfortunately makes us less likely to care. :(

Exactly. Something is a law/right till SCOTUS says: oh wait we reconsidered and not it;s not a right anymore. A law has to interpreted in X way... till SCOTUS says: oh no wait, X is wrong from now on Y is the correct interpretation. 13 months ago the president was NOT above the law. But ever since June 1st 2024, suddenly the president can use the military to stage a coup or use Sealteam 6 to kill political opponents. So this whole "he cant be 3x president" is bullshit.
