#17 Years ago, I went to an afghani restaurant with a friend vet who'd served in Afghanistan. We took a few bites, and my friend asked to talk to the chef. Chef came out, and friend asked him "Are you from" (X area). Turned out chef was from like five miles from there. My friend identified it from the food taste, and the two spent like 20 minutes just talking about regional cuisine. They both were so happy!

#8 the ex refused to allow the tiniers to go to their dad's graduation because she wasn't invited. Had a reliable babysitter who incidentally also had been watching them in the computer lab for two semesters during one of tiny octopus' maths classes.

All the kitties, the dog with the hat, the dog with the pine cone, beautiful horses, sweet little girl taking pictures of her dad.....but the one that got the tears outta me was the Pink Broccoli.
