6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm concerned that the freezer hand has gone over. Looks spotty. I double-freezer bag for freshness.

*dripping coffee from every limb* The dark roast is a pathway to work schedules some would consider...unnatural

6 years ago | Likes 123 Dislikes 0

Caffeine can burn off during the roast, all other things held equal a light roast will be stronger.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

... is it possible to earn more per hour?

6 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

Not for the day shift.

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Not for a barista.

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

That last one. In our case it's "everyone is expected to follow official policy" until management doesn't want to so now your name is >>

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

>> attached to something that's all fucked up and when it comes 'round and bites the company in the ass it's you, not them.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That vegan one was Texas, not Florida.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That last one is so true it hurts

6 years ago | Likes 407 Dislikes 2

That book was used to hold doors open in the army and only opened to fuck over recruits. Contaimed stuff like: after reaching more than 1/2

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

1.2m of waterdepth the soldier must start swimming.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I spend time writing the fuckin manuals so it's all documented and the shitbirds flounce in like they know everything already. They do not.

6 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 1

"I'm following your article but it's not working." "You started halfway down the page and skipped important steps." "Oh." over and over

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Are... are you me? Because if I get this one more time I'm going to beat a motherfucker with the best practice guide they never opened.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've seen 2 kinds of environment - one where the manual is left behind because they don't want to bother to read it, and one where 1/2

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

2/2 it's because people read it, learned the *why*, & do almost what the manual says but with benefit of experience (fix what doesn't work)

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Taught at a major IT company tech ed center, we lived by, RTFM, aka Read The Fucking Manuals.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

I teach IT. My job boils down to reading the manuals and relaying the information with jokes interspersed.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

As someone who has written some instructions, sometimes I wonder how little people follow them.

6 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

No need to wonder: they don't. Except that one tight-ass middle manager that wants to do everything "by the book".

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'd like to think you're wrong because it's for assembling saftey devices of sorts, but you're probably right.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Probably in the same way as big people do

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

How did you get sent to Leavenworth? Disregarded the TO

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

a few weeks later: "Hey the flux capacitor broke, what is this crap?!?" "Did you follow the manual?" "......"

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm having that issue at work with safety.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

They last one killed me

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm really not getting the musical notes one.

6 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 2

Don't feel alone, I'm sure there a lot of us.

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

And mom saying you have them at home but instead you get great value nacho flavoured corn chips. (2/2).

6 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 1

Your comment numbering is weird. (3/3)

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thanks! I thought it might be that but wasn't sure if it was some kind of musical pun I was missing.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Were you ever able to manage to pat triplet and quarter notes at the same time.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nah I can’t figure that one out

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The 2nd rhythm is a common way to play triplets wrong. These are called “drag triplets” and essentially sound uneven. However most

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Musicians starting out have a hard time playing even triplets so they play drag triplets until they can

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

As a Band and Choir director thank you. They are not the same!

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thanks! It's been awhile since I've really read music so I could tell it was similar but wasn't sure if it was more then the rhythm was off.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I call that the Sean Mendes beat.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The half note triplets are essentially played at nearly the same rhythm as the last phrase. It’s the equivalent of asking for Doritos (1/1).

6 years ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 0

they are close but not the same rhythm... I didn’t like this meme.

6 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

Yeah that's sort of the point of the meme :)

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Lol. True. I guess it just irritated me cause I had to think about it lol

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

If it makes you feel any better I had to come to the comments to understand it! Am music dum
