Man, I love 3d printers. Awesome DIY projects are so accessible now. I've got the bamboo a1 mini, it's so damn easy to use.

Can I get one that just plays first 7 season

And now Fox can steal the idea and get slightly wealthier.

You say random, but it just plays the same clip over and over

Please always give credit to the original creator. The model has been made 4 yrs ago by bubba447 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4943159 On this page you can see that there a 16 remixes with different electronics (raspberry, phone etc.)

Honestly I'd rather have it play TMNT nonstop.

That'd be a glorious "white noise" machine for me. I wouldn't have to watch it at all. The glow would be relaxing for me, and the audio is enough for me to know the episode. Snooze city.

But wouldn't you wake up and have Poltergeist flashbacks?

You mean ONLY the 11 seasons...there haven't been any more, have there?.... la la la

11?! I only remember 9

My ex would have liked this so much

I had a similar idea but it involved other shows mine was to make a whole TV network that had various different TV shows and channels on it and put it all into one TV unit and it would have like 15 different channels that would play about a weeks worth of TV programming on each channel so it would be exactly like a cable TV but with out you having to get cable.

In the early days of cable it was said that people paid for the service so that "you'd never see another advertisement" while watching shows. A personal media library (Plex, Jellyfin, etc.) lets your enjoy TV without commercials.

"May I have that seat?" "Yes,...IF you can answer me, these questions three! Question the first..." "Nevermind."

Not saying I need it, but without it I'm like Carl without Lenny.

It should be showing Itchy & Scratchy, Krusty the Clown, and Eye on Springfield! Maybe some McBain clips!

I have one that just plays ds9 and voyager eps. i thought the screen would be too small to show it properly but it's very viewable. I swap the disk out if I want to go to the Simpsons. Briefly considered how to make a channel changer but noped out of that pretty quick.

The top comment on your link says it's a scam.

1 year ago | Likes 259 Dislikes 1

I was going to say, I'm pretty sure I've seen something similar in stores a few years back

1 year ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

There are fully working Raspberry Pi built kits that have a 4 inch screen for about $50. Just need to 3d print a box. You could also switch boxes and make a B-MO

I believe the scam they're referring to was someone was taking this video and making out like they were selling them on social media sites. I saw it myself and wouldve fell for it, had i posessed the spare money advertised

Oh great some more shit that you could've made cheaper and easier by hand, and it would've looked better.

1 year ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 17
