I'm going to admit, it's been A WHILE for me, but where did c sub 1 go in your first step?

It's right. You can combine constants into one constant. C_1+C_2=C. Also 2C can just be C but that's not really important
But if you bring c_1 to the other side, wouldn't you have to subtract it?
Algebraically, that’s true, but at the same time in these problems it’s accepted that C=c_2-c_1 (most people actually just use C w/o c1 & c2
Nevermind, took my brain a sec. I just realized what you were saying and what was going on. I forgot that the constants are irrelevant
To integrals. Wow has it been a long time since I've looked at Calc. I feel ashamed at how much I have forgotten. :/
