I just tried on my iPad and couldn’t figure out where they put ‘Mute Lists’ in the settings. So, when I accomplished it, I went to my profile on my pc -> settings -> Mute Lists (right below Imgur Emerald and above Password & Email). I’ve got “may the 4th”, “maythe4thbewithyou”, “Star Wars”, and “Starwars” all blocked. Was a refreshing place to visit after that.

I can't call myself a musician but I *sort of understand* time signatures. 4/4 is pretty obvious to me but the other stuff? I get so fricking lost! Jazz stuff is so dang complicated! And I fricken love Zeppelin. I love it all but I can't fricken play any of it. And I've been playing guitar for most of my life. Thanks for responding though . I appreciate that.

The groove to Blue Rondo a la Turk is in a 9/8 time signature. If you count and feel the 8th notes, it’s 2+2+2+3 (=9) over and over. Say “ONE two ONE two ONE two ONE two three” on repeat and you’ll get it. 9 refers to the total amount of 8th notes in the measure, and the 8 tells you that you’re counting 8th notes. Band director signing off.

Adding unnecessary detail about Blue Rondo a la Turk, the main melody is 3 bars of 2+2+2+3 followed by one bar of 3+3+3, so while the time signature doesn't change, the count does.
