Depends on the position, some are highly specialized and require time to fill. I gave my last employer 8 weeks and provided 3 qualified /

As an employer, I’m on board with this. If you don’t feel the need to give me two weeks, that’s on me.
If it’s to the point that they’re leaving without notice there’s a bigger issue at hand somewhere.
