Good luck!

And I'm just sitting here in my undies at 4 am eating donuts...

Anyone want these oreo crackers? I ate all the white stuff.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I'm more concerned that you call Oreos crackers. D:

Favorited for never

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

This really works! In just 6 weeks I grew breast and lost my penis!

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

That happened to me once, but I got better.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This is a weirdly incoherent dump

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

If you're too lazy to go to a gym you're going to be too lazy to do this at home, an environment you're used to relaxing in.

10 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 9

I actually prefer to work out at home lol. Just not a big fan of the gym

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

One day imgur is gonna be buff af or maybe not who knows

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Fuck these "plans". Go out for a walk, put down the pizza every once in a while, and SLOWLY build your way up. Otherwise you just burn out.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Those boobs also from the work out?

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

If that's the doctor's name then yes

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Most of these plans are bogus. In the first one, if you have trouble with 5 pushups on Monday, you're not going to do 15 on Wednesday.

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Ultimate home workout plan: 100 sit ups, 100 push ups and a 10km run every day

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats and a 10km run

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You forgot the squats.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Brb committing sudoku

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Over the last 4 years I've tried several of the "programs" in these posts, and they're all shit. Finally hit the gym last December and 1/2

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

and not only is it easier than these, but it's also a lot more fun. It feels better and the results started to show almost immediately. 2/2

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

You won't get that body with bodyweight exercise. You have to lift stuff! Stop posting this grabage.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Just lift some god damn weights and stop cycling through gypsy shit you saw on an infographic.

10 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 3

How do I know this comment isn't gypsy shit too!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

#3 is ridiculously cute and I'm upvoting just because of that.

10 years ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 5

This is exactly why I don't work out at home right now. I punted a cat doing yoga, I'm afraid of doing it to the nugget!

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Same. :) That little kid was way too adorable.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Touched "Go to comments" cause it was too much work to use my thumb.

10 years ago | Likes 708 Dislikes 5

I have never related to any more than this... is that sad?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm going throw out 63% of everyone that looked at this post did.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You are my favorite type of person.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And I thought I was alone. The moment I saw "push ups", I started scrolling.

10 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

You are not alone my friend.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Where the hell is "Go to comments"!? I'm sensing a potential life changer here

10 years ago | Likes 59 Dislikes 0

On mobile yeyea

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

If you swipe fast enough it will show up.

10 years ago | Likes 43 Dislikes 0

ON MOBILE

10 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 1

And there's a button on the bottom right on desktop.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

There's also now a button on the bottom right of the desktop version, that takes you to comments

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

That first pull up circuit is insane. That's like power ranger level shit

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Also, incredibly dangerous. Fuck Crossfit bullshit.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

That first picture. Doing those workouts, you will never get that body. That's not realistic. That shit really irks my soul.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Step one: Stop being fat! Step two: Stop being poor! Done!

10 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 7

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You can do as many push ups and situps as you want. If you don't cut garbage out of your diet none of it will matter.

10 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 3

Bruh you can eat whatever you want if you count your macros. I eat pizza and candy when I loose weight.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

This needs more attention. Working out is awesome for your health. It is not how you effectively lose weight.

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I've ran 2 miles or used the elliptical for 20 min a day since February and am down 16#s. I still drink like a fish and eat like a cow.

10 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

No change in diet? If you're trying to lose, diet is key. Diet for weight, exercise for health, because you can't out exercise a bad diet.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I love to hike & do yoga. And drink & go to nice restaurants. I have the body I want for the lifestyle I want

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I favorite this kinds of post even though i know i'll never use them

10 years ago | Likes 136 Dislikes 7

I do the same, but I'm sitting here telling myself that I'm gonna open up that favorite and start working out as soon as I get home.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I think that's why they get posted. Every favorite is a point, eh?

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You and 99% of us

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Better off. You'll not get the results these imply, which is discouraging. Find a gym and a program from bodybuilding.com that you like.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Same. My favourites are lousy with unused recipe, exercise and dress tips that never get revisited

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

ohh the recipes are the best, when you look at em you're like i gotta taste this, annndddd never taste it

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And here goes: One of us..one of us..one of us..

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Two of us

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Do one of these exercises today and I will give you an Internet dollar.

10 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 1

I had someone choose one exercise for me and I'm gonna do the snorlax ones

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

if i do it how can i prove it to you? lol

10 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Pics. But then again, I have no money.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Getting ready pics of me doing a baby crawl and spiderman crawp ffs lol

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Just say "finish". I'm sure nobody would lie on the internet.

10 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Can at least ONE of these mention the required diet?

10 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

Measure your BMR then +-~1000kcal depending if you need to gain or loose weight. Make sure ~50% of energy consumption is protein :)

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

that last part may be hard, but what would really be useful is some actual foods and portion sizes (other than calories).

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Im following 21 day fix. Shows portion size and how many servings of carb/fruit/veggie/protein u should have/day depending on goal calories

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Use MyFitnessPal ;)

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Super easy and idiot proof. Google it. You can have almost anything on that diet. Key is balance. Like sub glass of wine for carb portion

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If any workout compilation mentions "burpees" at any point, I instantly hate it :(

10 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 1

Do you know a lot about these things? Because I need serious help.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

However they are a great fat burner

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

And here I am on the couch eating shredded cheese straight from the bag.

10 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

How much do you hate yourself?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And here I am, eating lean chicken and working out. We're both happy (hopefully), and we don't have any hostility between us. Hurray ! ^^

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

What's a lean chicken?

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm sorry if it was lost in translation. What I mean by that is that its not made with cream/butter/etc, so its as low calorie as possible.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

There's an absurd lack of the word "pizza" in this post.

10 years ago | Likes 253 Dislikes 6

Yeah I agree. There should've been "Don't eat pizza on a regular basis."

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 11

Depends on the pizza...

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

HAHAHAHAHA YES YES THERR IS

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm eating pizza while reading this post.

10 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

I just want to point out something. You will not look like a fitness model with those workout plans, and I hate how misleading the (1/2)

10 years ago | Likes 331 Dislikes 20

You also won't do some of these plans at all. Even if you try, how many people can do clapping pull ups!? Who am I, Simone Biles?

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

So you're trying to tell me these workouts won't give my girlfriend massive boobs?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What?! Are you telling me that 5 crunches a day won't give me plastic tits?!

10 years ago | Likes 64 Dislikes 0

As a (fellow?) man I find this to be highly offensive.

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Did you just assume my gender????!!!?!?!!!??

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

I just assume-asked your gender. I should be imprisoned for rape :(

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Doing these 6 week workouts or whatever will just make you incredibly sore with no progress if you don't workout to begin with.

10 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 8

Most of these are terrible advice unless you are already in really good shape. You have work your way up to that amount of reps an intensity

10 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 4

You're being downvoted for this but it's so true. You've gotta start with a number of reps you can manage and build up more slowly.

10 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Weightlifting and eating really clean will yield better results than exercising a crapload.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Thank you for this. <3

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What will you look like then? If you followed these plans.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It honestly depends on your current state. After a long time and good diet, you could probably be slightly thinner and leaner.

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As someone who's been working out for years, those images are really discouraging, not encouraging. Not on the men's workouts either. :|

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As I looked through the pics, I immediately thought 'ah, so we're back to -these- workout plans?'

10 years ago | Likes 43 Dislikes 1

The worst one I've seen is the "30 day squat challenge" High reps, no weight for 30 days. Yeah... that's not how that works.

10 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

It might burn a couple hundred calories - but that's probably not what it's made out to do.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

It's supposed to make your work out, to inspire you, not make you become them

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

So true. Their just obnoxious and makes me refrain from sharing them.

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

(2/2) images are. For one to have a body like that, you need great genetics, lift heavy weights and eat clean and lean (most of the time).

10 years ago | Likes 230 Dislikes 39

"Mah genes"

10 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

10 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 0

Took the words right out of my mouth. Also most female fitness models usually get breast implants. Hard to be a C with little to no fat.

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

My first thought when I saw the woman in the first pic

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So how many pizzas can I eat per week while still saying I eat lean most of the time?

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I also hate how they just say a flat number. You increase how many you do as you get stronger.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Don't forget implants. You're not gonna have 5% body fat and keep your Double D breasts.

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

When I look down I can no longer see my own pussy. If I get to the point where I can see it again I'll be happy I don't need to be chiseled

10 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

You can do it!

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

testify, what's worse, that fast workout plans like this end up injuring most sedentary people who even attempt them, setting them back more

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

That or they are all out bullshit but succeed because a genetically superior person in great shape put their name on it to sell.

10 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 7

That's the truth.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

I've been skinny all my life. I didn't like how my body looked and over time gained weight. I was obese technically but not fat..

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I lost all the fat and my hips are still the same. I heard that after you have sex your hips get a little wider. It kinda sucks but Im alive

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Post pics? :)

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 4

Although lifting does help a lot, there are people training calisthenics that are ripped AF because of the intensity of their training

10 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Look at the ancient Greek statues or any civilization at that time. They didn't use gyms, they did calisthenics. Convict Conditioning.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Taking hoplites as an example, even with basic gear would be marching with 25kg of equipment and up to 35kg. With their average height 1/2

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

being ~5'2, that's a heavy load. Even training with light armour + weapon would be considerably more demanding than calisthenics alone 2/2

10 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You don't need great genetics. The average person can look pretty darn good with proper diet and exercise.

10 years ago | Likes 154 Dislikes 21

"Pretty darn good" is great, but it's still a far cry from Bruce Lee abs

10 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

10 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Genetics doesn't mean that only a select few can look like that. It means only a select few will have an easier time achieving it.

10 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 2

But genetics DO mean that! Say I want to look like Steve Cook. I will never have the same frame and insertions like him, no matter what I do

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Also my genetics determine the maximum amount of mass I can achieve while being lean and tbh, I will never get that big naturally.

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

That is the body of Michelle Lewin, a very popular instagrammer. She east very clean , works out every day of the week with weights, and

10 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 11

Upvoted. A man reads all the comments when a man needs a name. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

10 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

has fantastic genetics. I would say she looks more than "pretty darn good" and it is for a reason.

10 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 11

Just don't say that you need great genetics to look good, that's just an excuse to be fat

10 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 8
