The blooms have been open for a few days now. I'd does have some nectar on the flowers but not dripping. Slightly fragrant. 1/2

By googling hoya images, I have confirmed that this is the plant. Basically, I have wanted one for a few decades. Didn't know what I wanted.

Hey, it's definitely a Hoya plant as you found out, Hoya carnosa for the latin name. Mine bloomed in June:

Yours is exactly what we had when I was a kid. I remember them being low maintenance but cool looking.

Also they're great for drawing pollutants out of the air. Hope you can get a hold of one! A cutting is enough to propagate a new plant.
