Got a job at a start up company after co owners had a falling out. In the frustration he never signed a contract for my employment so all of the proprietary software and intellectual property I have created for the start up is legally mine.
I've been getting paid to create my own business framework and I'm ready to launch next week.
Moral of the story don't be an asshole to your programmers.
