I know it's funny, but those behaviors are actually intentionally silly. They're telling each other they want to play not fight.
The near one specifically is indicating he is not a threat and that the far one should come. The far one is nervous but playful.

Yep. I take him to the dog park once a week and a couple walks a day but he just looks lonely as hell laying around the house sometimes ☹️

I will! Watching the parents pups for a week soon so it’ll be a nice trial run. Just hoping to find the best fit when I do rescue :)
