On uber if a driver rates 3 stars or lower they will never see that customer again. You can also report them as rude and it counts as strikes. Lyft...you can rate them but...it has no effect. This lady I would have kicked her out and canceled it so she can't rate me.

Dad insisted on sitting up front and asking the driver really personal questions while telling them how to drive and mom would sit in the back and whisper *extremely* loudly about how she was uncomfortable with their driving.
