A Dog's Life

I wasn't allowed in the kitchen but liked to push my limits when I was a pup

I never missed a Packer game

Sometimes I would bug the kids for a bite of food

And I loved taking rides around the pond with Dad

One day I got sick, and it got worse and worse.

I went to say hi to the neighbor kids while I still could

Ear Rubs made me feel better

As the day went on I got more and more tired

And finally I laid down to rest on my favorite spot

I was a good dog..

And I still am, I woke up and felt much better

Just a little virus, nothing an old dog like me can't shake off. Figured Imgur needed a happy dog story.
