Third one down is most helpful - lytic/proliferative lesion in the head of the humerus which can mean cancer or infection.

8.5 yo female Vizsla. She started limping a couple weeks ago and we assumed she strained her leg running around outside.

After wrapping it and making her relax didn't work, took her to vet today and they took these xrays before referring us to a specialist
