Art is saving my life

I've been severely depressed the last year or so and getting back into art is literally saving my life. I haven't felt like myself in years and I am finally getting my stride back. I'm severely out of practice but being in my new little studio brings me joy. Seeing my paint covered hands at the end of the night makes me smile and that's keeping me going.
