Everything came loaded in this cigar box.
Here is everything. Most of it is from rations. Curious as to what everything is
Can anybody describe this stuff? Is it collectible? Worth anything? Any information is greatly appreciated!

Everything is really cool- down to the Rexall cigar box. Thanks for sharing your own piece of history.

They would be considered collectables/valuable to WW2 collectors/historians. Take them in for appraisal.

This is cool stuff, though probably not worth a lot. My advice is store it carefully for a couple of generations til it's REALLY rare.

Talk to her about her experiences and daily routines etc. write em down and stick them in there with it for future generations to learn

Collectible? Yeah. Worth anything? Not for another hundred years.

The mystery word is damned. Long before fuck was an offensive word, damned was pure swearing

I'm not an expert, but I'm familiar. Here's what I know: The comic is actually from WWI, it seems like it is full of anti-German jokes.

The signed cards identified who was authorized to use your family's ration books. Judging by the names and ages, they're for your father and

his parents. IIRC, the stamps were redeemed for items at a grocery store sort of like how tickets are redeemed for prizes at a fair.

This stuff probably doesn't have any monetary value, but it's definitely worth keeping as a piece of family history.

Wow! Tons of great information. The book has hilarious jokes - and yeah mostly German stuff. The rations are my great grandfathers!
