Looks like to the left is not attached to any surface, at leady not like the right side, and these panels need to be properly attached to eachother. I suspect that OP is using some type of prefabbed backsplash-like tiling system so that part is simply not yet supported against a hard surface.
wonder if OP is just going to let caulk do the job on the baseboard trim of if they will take the time to scribe the baseboard to get a uniform offset.
