Let apps use advertising ID - this should be toggled to **off**.
Settings > Privacy > Feedback & diagnostics > Diagnostic and usage data - set this to **Basic**, and toggle the "Let Microsoft provide more tailored experiences" to **off**

You still be better off switching. As someone who has built gaming machines for almost 20yrs I can not longer control M$! I'm going 2 Ubuntu
