That breakwater seems inadequate.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Believe it or not, it's doing what it's supposed to do. Breakwater =/= dyke: it's supposed to remove energy from the waves so they don't travel farther, not stop them entirely.

seems like a not great place to put power lines

"We don't cover damages that are considered acts of God"... Car insurance company.

We will repair the cosmetic damage, but the massive salt corrosion to the whole vehicle causing perpetual electrical issues and corrosion are deemed "wear and tear" and not a part of your coverage.

What did Turkey do to incur the wrath of Mother Nature? Getting the full biblical treatment.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Ahahah XD

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They still deny that they committed the Armenian Genocide, so it could be that. Considering the OP video pales in comparison to some of videos out of Crimea I think Turkey might just be getting the blow back from Russia's Karma.

Accroding to your logic nature would bring USA upside down due to all innocent murders all over the world

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

We do get hit with rather persistent Hurricanes. And are the Tornado capital of the world. But no, it wouldn't "take us down". Russia/USSR has committed just as many such murders, and is only seeing a cyclone that hits less than 5% of their landmass. My logic as applied would be the US receiving persistent but recoverable storms.

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

And scored in parking! It's beach day! Can't skip beach day! A little soak in the sun, a bit of a swim, some sand castles

Ima give them a little credit and assume that they were surprised by the depth of water on the road and were forced to abandon their vehicle.
