Triple Cheddar Double Decker
I created this for a special during Superbowl when I was working at Bill's. Bacon cheddar burger with lettuce, tomatoes, picked jalapenos, and chipotle ranch sandwiched between two cheddar grilled cheeses. I had to skewer it with a steak knife to keep the awesomeness in.

If I can't pick a sandwich up without stuff falling out it loses appeal. Ingredients sound good but it needs stability.

While I do agree with you, this compresses really well and after cutting in two pieces is not that difficult to eat.
