Easy, find something simple to grow that you like. Pothos, tradescantia, spider plants are all near impossible to kill

Then just keep buying/finding/borrowing more until you have no space. Then add more.

Start off with cheap stuff, mix it up, eventually you might find a plant type you love - for me it was monsteras & alocasias

If inside: Spider plant and spathiphyllum. If outside (depends on soil and sun though): wildflower for the bees; herbs; lavender...
