It's pricy but I'd look into the Razer Blade. You have the benefit of thunderbolt in it and you can pair it with a GPU dock 1/2

To give you added performance at home. Razer has a matching dock to go with it. 2/2

I have the 2016 Blade Stealth + Core with Founders ed. 1080. Yeah it's expensive, but I love it. New Blade with 4k + 1060 is coming soon

Since Alienware is owned by Dell...I'd go with Asus.

Asus definitely. They are really good at keeping the laptop cool. I am not sure on newer models, however asus gaming laptops were natorious

Asus! Who ever buys Alienware?

For laptops... if you want one for gaming, look into desktop replacement laptops. Ignore the branding shit.

Alienware is just an overpriced Dell at this point, Asus isn't bad, they are a bit on the bulky side. I had a MSI that lasted about 5 years

I got an Asus gaming laptop, very good for its price but... the warranty is awful, the asus repair shop I dealed with faked water damage.

Unless you absolutely have to have a laptop get a desktop so much more bang for your buck but if you do still choose laptop make sure to get

One with a good quality screen as those seem to be the first things to go

As an IT worker and esports gamer: get a shite laptop for work and and build a tower. Do it right and you'll spend less thany ou would on1/2

Even a decent gaming laptop. Also: never buy Alienware. It's the "apple" of gaming laptops. (Overpriced for the devices it provides)

Do you need a laptop? I'd stick with a desktop for gaming and maybe buy a cheap laptop if u need it for school (like I do)
