As a person who doesn't play FPS games: what does quick scope mean? I believe 'no scope' means, well, no scope.

It basically means tapping the zoom for a sniper rifle, popping off a shot and zooming back out. Takes about a second, hence 'Quickscope'.

As long as your sniping helps the team get to the objective / keeps the enemy from the objective the rule still applies. But yes, I agree.
