Another harvest before the big storm comes. Not getting alot of days to let them sit on the vine but they ripen just fine indoors.
Overhead shot taken on 08-06. Cucumber plants have been devastated by cucumber beatles. Squash are barely hanging on from Vine borers. Getting a nice harvest of green bell peppers. Forgot to take pics of this weekends harvest.
Nice balance between tart and sweet. Good texture and made a nice slice. Still pumping out massive fruits.
Very citrusy and sweet. Its my new breakfast tomato. Add a pinch of liquid Stevia and it tastes like an orange pinapple mix.
Very close to the Amana Orange. Both are growing large and productive.
Time to make sauce. Used a medium mill plate. Saved the left over onions and skins for stock and jams.
Fall garden bed for green swiss chards.
Some slow starting spagetti squash. Hope to get some new fruits later in the season.
Grub in the fruit. This vine was barely hanging on so the fruit wasn't going to make it anyway.

I got four jalapenos so far.

Ive got Mr Fantastic, Pineapple and Big Rainbow tomatoes finally ripening but all splitting pretty fierce. Already getting caterpillars. Anaheim and jalapeno peppers doing well but the 3 varieties of bell are coming out fairly small. First crate of potatoes came out decent. I stopped planting squash because of vine borers.

Nice work. You should apply for a farm grant next year.

I checked. Need 5 acres to quality.

Nice!

So jealous, bunnies got pretty much everything this year, I quit after the third planting, they’re cute but I don’t like them eating everything that didn’t get powdery mildew
