It has always been our dream to do this, but I never thought it would happen at 26. I have a full studio of music students who I know support me, but it breaks my heart to leave them. The first steps have been the hardest and scariest, so I pray it'll all be worth it to follow this crazy dream.
If we open our doors we will one of the very first craft breweries in Ohio to solely make cold brew coffee. The product is ready, the method is proprietary, and our product will last 4 times longer on the shelves than any known competition. We're so close, I can taste it. Literally.
EDIT: So, we finally narrowed it down to one of two names: Tempus Tap House or Roasted Goat Cold Brew. Tempus for the amount of time the brewing process takes, and Roasted Goat for the famous Bach piece, The Coffee Cantata, where he says "Father sir, but do not be so harsh! If I couldn’t, three times a day, be allowed to drink my little cup of coffee, in my anguish I will turn into a shriveled-up roast goat."

Do yourself a favor and make sure you buy 100% mould free beans. Not cleaned ones but ones that have never been touched by mould

Cold brew coffee in a pub atmosphere. We do also want to do wholesale and online, but we need brand awareness first for that.
