Obligatory end product first!
This was a few weeks ago mainly here to show the front edge of what my desk looked like before.
After I managed to scrape and peel the previous laminate tried to make as smooth as possible.
The old grain boring and dull.
New pattern! A nice marble finish! I did it from side to side which meant I have to try and perfectly line up the ends in the back and it turned out pretty well. You don’t really notice a seam unless you are really looking for it.
The main reason I did this is because I have been trying to build/ find a new desk for along time but never have time or the money really. So while shopping I hope this marble laminate for only $6 and I think it turned out pretty well!
