Bullets don't fly perfectly straight anyway. Depending on the weapon, you can adjust your sights to a specific range and key off of (1/2)

I would argue that it's not about "holding" your breath. Personally, I line up shots and squeeze as I expel the last air out during exhale.

Last I shot, I would do a few dry fires between mags. I'd be golden for like, the first 3 shots of a new mag and then start flinching again

Maybe dry fire for a few, then fire 2-3 rounds, then dry fire again. Wash, rinse, repeat. Getting rid of a flinch can take a while, (1/2)

My favorite drill to correct, assuming you're not using a Glock, is a dime on top of the unloaded gun. Dime stays on, you're good.
