My favorite chuck wagon cook Kent Rollins made me make this!

https://kentrollins.com/

It's pretty easy, just need time to candy the peppers!

1/2 a jar of diced picked jalapeño peppers.
3/4 cup of sugar
16oz of sour cream
1 pack of Ranch seasoning

That's it!

Add the peppers and sugar to a pan and set on med-high heat until it boils.

Once it boils, lower the fire to med-low and cook them until the mixture thickens. This may take some time!

Once the mixture cools for a few minutes after cooking it will look like this.

Add the sour cream, ranch seasoning, and peppers into a bowl and mix well. Then set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool.

I took this time to clean the pan because sugar will be hell to clean once it cools completely.

Also, here's my favorite oven mitt I've had since the beginning of time.

Shark!

Once it's cooled, enjoy!

It's very sweet, very spicy, and sooo tasty!

Love me some Kent. First saw him on Chopped. So mad he had to get chopped cause he kept cutting himself.

Love a good dip, I will take kettle chips please. My old work used to make an amazing caramelized onion dip. Maybe next time if you're already making the effort on the peenos you could caramelize up some onions

I went into the kitchen to make cheesy eggs and toast. Came out with some twist on cacio e pepe that would make Italy cry. It's tasty. :3

I cooked the pasta in half lemon juice, used cheddar cheese and added chicken bouillon. It was kinda stroganoffy.

I am not into sweet dip for chips, or rance, but i might try making this at least once for a gathering of people that i think might like it.

Let it sit out in the sun 2 days to marinate. Place in a lettuce bowl w devils eggs. Take a week off, save a ton on GLPs.
