It's a medium, so there are usually deals on two. You eat the first one, and the second one is meal prep (which you go back for a few hours later, and consume the entire thing).
Honestly, I like their white sauce cold less than any other, I feel like it thickens a lot. But the cheese is what really doesn't work for me. It cements up, like they're using cheese that's not very fresh. As long as the toppings are sharp and flavorful, though, you can usually ignore that, but I don't do a lot of dominoes anymore.
It's not bad when it's hot. It's probably the best you'll do in the US if you need a pizza for cheap delivery. My guess is that it's probably the freshness of the cheese. When cheese is less fresh it tastes more congealed, has worse texture and taste when it's cold, and doesn't re-heat as well.
I know this is way fuckin overkill for cheap delivery pizza, but heating up a pizza stone and then throwing it on a low broil for five minutes will breathe new life into that flubbery cheese.
Just my leftover Dominos experience: * Skillet: Medium heat, add pizza, add around 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp water, cover with foil, heat 5-8 min depending on slice size. Bottom of crust gets crispy, cheese on top melts from trapped heat, and the edge crust doesn't dry out, get hard, or seem stale because of the water turning to steam. * Air fryer / convection oven: Cook at 350F, 5-7 min depending on slice size. Crispy crust, melty cheese. (My favorite) * Realistic method: Maybe microwave. Maybe not. Eat.
It's the best of the cheap options. Sure, you're going to gets something better from a local places you spend $30 a pizza at but not everyone has the money to do that. Sometimes you need to be able to feed a family and you've only got $20.
