This was a slow day. I was just shooting darts at the nurses when this guy came in. Needless to say, it was the last time he tried that.
We laughed so much when she removed her hat. It was like molten lava. I don't you if you can imagine that. Needless to say, it was the first time she tried that.
This happened to my doctor friend (no really). He came in to the clinic and was heartbroken. We laughed and laughed, and it didn't help. In the end I found a syringe and injected Botox. Cleared it right up. Needless to say, it happened.
Sometimes kids come in and show me things like this. I tried my best, but I couldn't save it. He'll play the piano again, but it sure won't be Bach. Needless to slay, I happen to fry again.
After an incident at the local bowling alley, we had two guys in, with bowling bowls embedded. I gave them antibiotics, and told them to go home and squeeze. Neat, less to say, more to try later.
I was in tears after this one. Thought about stopping as a doctor. But I can't give up now, can I? Not with so many people to save, and so few of me. Naples to stint. I try later s'more.

We use printed or e-scrips now, but some of the older docs don't like to learn using the software. Mainly us students/residents use them.

1/2? Their are 9 Dr Thompson's where I work. Often have to go back through patients history to find admissions to get the right doctor.
