No flinching, total lock on handler. That dog hasn’t been abused in the least. Doing tasks for handler is 100x “happier” than pats and rubs.

Nah, it's the official name, but all the owners of GSDs I know only call them Schäferhund. Only if it's NOT a GSD they use the whole name.

Yeah but the official name is deutscher Schäferhund. Unlike other breeds like Doberman or Rottweiler, you don't add the "deutscher".

I did learn German for a while and she'll listen, but probably only because I tied hand signals to the basic commands. Stealth training!

Trained my dog to "STAY" on command & it took a month for him to learn. Moved to DE and he learned HALT, Strasse and Komm Mit on Day One.
