I just got a dog a couple months ago. His name is Barnaby, and he has a special affinity for Charmin Ultrasoft. Apparently, I left a new 12 pack of toilet paper on the floor.

I realize this mess my little dog has created extends way beyond our kitchen. I realize, all my cleaning is moot. And this little dude is super proud of his latest opus.

It's everywhere.

I'm just in awe. This dog has never made even one mess. Not one. Not mad, just impressed.

So, I get to the bedroom, mildly relieved to see there's no mess there, at least. Just a roll on our bed. My little pupnugget happily snuggles up for a new photo op. "Aww, okay, It's over now..." or so I thought.

OH DEAR GOD

I made it to my bathroom, and I just. This happened. How?!?! Why?? I keep asking myself, like- did he eat 1/8 of one roll, and get bored and decide to move to a new one? Why did he take a bite out of every roll?? Why not finish his first one before moving to the other 11?!?!?
