The two I think of off the top of the dome (other than this one from Fright Night) is the Alien Bounty Hunter from the X-Files and the Brujah clan leader from Kindred: The Embraced.
I don't know if you liked or disliked Kindred, but it does have one of my favorite bad special effects scenes in the pilot episode. It's when the woman vampire is left out to die in the sun on a seawall, we see her burst into flames and jump, then the camera cuts to what's obviously a non-articulated mannequin wrapped in flaming cloth being dropped from a helicopter into a bay.

It's so cool to meet the other person who watched Kindred: The Embraced! Man, that's a deep cut.
I also always remember him as a vampire in the first episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, (and again as the Judge.)
