So for dinner tonight I decided to try something new :)

I recently went to Red Lobster for the first time ( I know, I really didn't know what I was missing!) and fell in love with their biscuits, so I decided to try to re-create them.

But, I needed something to pair them with.

So, I went with chicken roulade. Chicken breast flattened and stuffed with cream cheese and chives, wrapped in bacon. It's awesome! It's pretty easy too!

Ribs and those biscuits are a great combo

I'm a, "Buy local food when possible, don't go to franchise places" guy and gosh darn their cheddar biscuits are addictive.

indeed. I mixed the dough a bit too much though so they didn't get as fluffy as I would have liked, but they still tasted amazing

Yes, I meant to say "25 minutes from pretty soon from now." You gotta account for the preheating. 2
