Snowy is one of the skunks who lives with us for three years already. the skunks were born on the 1st August 2016 and rejected by thier mother we had to attempt to save thier lives and hand rear them. All of them have grown up and became funny,playful , nice pets. now is the season when skunks are sleeping most of the time and their fur changing for the summer . On the video you can see our young cat Bagheera trying to find out who is there sleeping in a blanket she never meet before . Brave and very curious cat . Snowy not very happy for this disturbance.

the best time to remove glands when skunks are babies ,it Is not so painful and harmful for them. they have to weight around 350 grams.

Where I live, the state doesn't allow them as pets. Rather sucks, as they can be so great.

You probably mean "invasive", and, I mean, you're cutting part of the animal off... but, like spaying, they survive it. It works

They do do the butt thing but they know that they don’t have glands so they stomp most of the time. They are amazing pets
