Because a few years ago this site turned content moderation from 'legal' to 'randomly puritanical and no we won't explain ourselves' so you'll find actual porn in 10 year old posts and now pg-13 stuff like this will get the uploaders banned %90 of the time. But %10 of the time it passes, because the only reliable thing on imgur is inconsistency.
